FIRST TAKE’s Registrant’s Lounge is centrally located near the FIRST TAKE Conference activities and headquarters hotel - for registrant networking and interaction. The FIRST TAKE Registrant Lounge will be open approximately 4-7PM during each of the days events. The FIRST TAKE Registrant Lounge will be THE meeting place for FIRST TAKE Registrants to network following the daytime FIRST TAKE Conference activities and before nighttime Music Festival Showcases and Film Screenings/events.

The FIRST TAKE Registrant’s Lounge is open to all FIRST TAKE registrants and will include complimentary cocktails, beer, and sodas. Sponsor assets include branding on Registrant Lounge invitations - given to all registrants, listing in each conferences directory, banner/signage opportunities onsite, product sampling and demo opportunities in the lounge and more.

The FIRST TAKE Daystage Lounge is a central area on the trade show floor that is loaded with live, "unplugged" musical performances, demos, panels, happy hour receptions, etc. New isn 2012, the Daystage Lounge will be open extended hours -before and after trade show hours- for registrant enjoyment. Sponsor assets include: logo on stage backdrop and FIRST TAKE Daystage web page (w/ hyperlink), a program book ad promoting the sponsorship, branding on the Daystage schedule boards onsite and at FIRST TAKE registration. Includes a credential package.

The FIRST TAKE Email/Web Center is the main convention center resource for registrants to check their email and utilize web browsers. Email/Web Center sponsorship assets include: branding in the FIRST TAKE Conference Program Book, on the desktop of all Email/Web Center machines, on the highly visible Email/Web Center banner located above the Email/Web Center, browser home pages are set to sponsors home page URL. Sponsors may distribute promotional items in the Email/Web Center promoting its products as well as interact with its users.

Staff Shirt and Jacket Sponsorship (includes staff shirts & jackets for FIRST TAKE Music, Film & Interactive) - Each year FIRST TAKE has more than 1,200 staff and volunteers handling all aspects of the events' execution. Staff and volunteers have constant one on one contact with talent, conference attendees, media and thousands of general attendees making this sponsor branded opportunity a very effective and lasting marketing tool. As a part of this sponsorship, apparel sponsors may brand their own products along with the FIRST TAKE branding for use as staff and volunteer wear.

Conference registrant take-away bags "The Big Bag" - All conference registrants are given a Big Bag with unique - conference specific - artwork containing dozens of industry relevant inserts. With sponsor logo prominently printed on one side of these long life bags, this is a great, lasting branding opportunity.

FIRST TAKE 2012 Film Pocket Guide Sponsorship - The Film Pocket Guide is the day-to-day film-screening schedule carried by thousands of film registrants as they attend FIRST TAKE Film screenings throughout the nine days of the FIRST TAKE Film Festival. Sponsorship includes: sponsor branding on the front cover plus, the back of the pocket guide is reserved for the sponsor's own creative.

The FIRST TAKE Platinum Lounge (3 conference sponsorship including FIRST TAKE Music, Film & Interactive) is open to all Platinum and Gold Registrants and VIP guests during the full nine-day, three-conference period. The VIP Platinum Lounge is a comfortable place for trend setting industry figures to network at the convention center. Sponsorship includes sponsor's branding on all VIP Platinum Lounge guest cards/invites, on promotional signage, listing in the film, interactive and music program book's Platinum Lounge ads, banner placement inside the lounge and customizable sponsor promotional opportunities within the Lounge.

The Music Conference Opening Night Dinner is a sit down, four-course meal - for participating registrants- that will occur on Thursday, March 15 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Sponsorship assets include: an opportunity to address all attendees, demo/sampling opportunities, and a sponsor banner on site. A credential package including 2 music registrations and 10 tickets to the dinner are included.

Conference Registration Lanyards are worn by registrants for the duration of each conferences events, this opportunity provides a front and center branding opportunity worn by thousands of registrants. Sponsorships sold separately for each conference; lanyards are provided by the sponsor with its message imprinted.

FIRST TAKE Film Opening and Closing Night Parties are high profile, heavily attended film conference events that provide excellent branding opportunities as well as onsite customization capabilities. Sponsor programs and products can be featured. Industry attendees enjoy refreshments, finger foods and entertainment at two of the most anticipated film events. Each party's sponsorship is sold separately. Sponsor exposure includes: program book listing as sponsor, onsite banner and promotional piece display, branding on custom invites given to all film registrants and more.

FIRST TAKE 2012 Film Awards sponsors receive the following assets: Listing in the Film Program Book and all Film Awards promotions as the official sponsor, branding on custom invites given to all film registrants, placement of sponsor banners onsite at the event, the opportunity for a sponsor representative to make a brief statement at the beginning of the awards ceremony, complimentary appetizers and cocktails presented by the sponsor at the beginning of the event.

The FIRST TAKE Press Suite is the central location for more than 2,700 FIRST TAKE registered members of the press to gather - over the full 9 days of FIRST TAKE Conference events- to send information, conduct interviews, write stories, network with other press representatives and more. Computers, a fax machine, telephones, internet connections and light refreshments are available in the suite. Sponsorship assets include: listing in the film, interactive and music program books as the official sponsor, sponsor banners hung in the suite, sponsor promotional demo opportunities and other onsite customized branding.
